Lifestyle

Becoming healthy is not “going on a diet” or starting a new “workout program.” The pursuit of wellness has to become a lifestyle. I had a discussion with someone the other day about a fit camp here in town. They love to go get beaten down in a half hour session so they can go enjoy a cheat meal. They say they have “earned it”. Let me get this straight, you go burn 120 calories in some glorified jazzercise class that could actually do you more harm than good. Due to your lack of muscular development and control. You go eat 900 calories at dinner because you just worked your butt off at boot camp. Now your 780 calories to the fat side of life and you wonder why you can’t lose weight. Health is about your choices and the lifestyle you decide to have. People complain about paying $100 a month to have a professional train them, but spend thousands on medication to mask a problem that could be eliminated by good lifestyle change. I’ll never understand the mindset of some people. Most people for that matter. You get one time on this ride of life. There are no reset buttons and there are no “do-overs”. I can help you change your mindset and your life. As long as there is a beat in your heart and breath in your soul, there is a time to change Coach Mark
